Stories from Brinea, the Alien Water World

The Planet Brinea is a violent and unpredictable world with no stable landmasses, which attracted explorers due to a phenomena. The upper layer of the planet is made of water. The deeper layer is brine, a solution of salts called the Mist. The Mist moves seemingly on its own, as if it was some sentient being. It devours most who enter it, but a few have learnt how to ride the spectral waves.
